Research Assistant Biochemistry
Who are we?
The Jan IngenHousz Institute is a philanthropically funded, open science institute decaded to improving photosynthesis to enhaunce global crop production. Our goal is to contribute to global food security amid climate change, biodiversity loss, and a growing population. Our ambition is to unravel the secrets of photosynthesis, not in the laboratory, but in the real world. To achieve this, we develop advanced methods and equipment to bridge the gap between the field, the greenhouse, and the lab. This enables us to continuously measure how photosynthesis responds to changes in environmental conditions. The JII team consists of engineers, data scientists, biochemists, biophysicists, geneticists, plant physiologists and breeders, working collectively at national and international levels. We are located at the campus of Wageningen University & Research and collaborates with many universities worldwide.
What will you do?
